Class Description: Our Hot Shots work on building from their fundamental gymnastics skills and perfecting their technique. We are a recreational gymnastic program that focuses on building fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. Our instruction is individualized to each student whether they are a beginner or have prior gymnastics experience. This class focuses on improving body form and advancing skills. Children will gain confidence and build self-esteem, strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness.
