A fun and invigorating fitness class set to music that incorporates low impact cardio, resistance training, core and balance exercises, ending with a nice stretch to finish to improve range of motion and flexibility. This is 45-minute class, half standing, half seated in a chair (but can be adapted for all seated). No previous experience required. Come join us to have fun while building a stronger body and healthier mind! There are no drop-in rates for this activity.
