Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details. This class is a combination of exercises based on yoga, Pilates, functional movement and weight training. Bring an exercise mat, bands and hand weights. Exercises will be a combination of seated, standing and floor. There will be modifications as needed for participants. This class is led by Rory Camp.
