Nate is a Louisville, Kentucky native and he and his wife recently moved to the Cincinnati area to be closer to family. Nate completed his bachelors and masters work at the University of Louisville and has worked in one-on-one fitness settings, sports performance settings, and now with OTF for more than 3 years. "I love serving and helping members improve their lives through our awesome workout! What we do in the studio really does give you more life outside of it!" Nate is an avid reader, enjoys times with family, has dabbled in triathlon and road races, loves a good book, does the OTF workout 2-3 times per week, and has taken up hunting and fishing recently.
