Young at Heart Yoga is a gentle, accessible class designed for retirees and anyone seeking a supportive approach to movement. With an emphasis on increasing range of motion in the neck, shoulders, and hips, students will also work to lengthen muscles, improve balance, and build core strength. A chair is used throughout the class to support both seated and standing postures, though participants should be comfortable moving around a yoga mat. Please bring a yoga mat.
