GYMNASTICS-Head Over Heels- Friday

This program is designed to introduce children to basic tumbling, balance beam and bar skills. Rotating activities will maintain interest levels as well as develop children’s self-confidence and skills. Class may include basic skills as well as some gymnastic games that are aimed at developing strength, flexibility, listening skills and more.
