
Yoga In The Cottage Monday (ages 14 & up)
Practice yoga in the beautiful Nan Couts Cottage. With over 20 years of teaching experience, yoga instructor Sünje O'Clancy encourages students of all levels to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance. She guides participants through a thoughtfully designed hatha yoga flow sequences that includes a variety of poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Please bring a yoga mat, two 4-inch yoga blocks and a blanket. * Participants who sign-up for both the Monday & Wednesday class receive a 20% discount. Discount applies to one class only.
