Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information. Great class for everyone. You control the resistance and intensity level of your ride. Instructors will assist you in bike set-up, posture and cycling technique. We offer many choices so pick your favorite. This class is family friendly which means that children 8 years old and up are welcome to attend with a parent. Recommended minimum height for our cycle bikes is 4'11".
