Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information. The LesMills GRIT series features three unique workouts, including cardio, strength, and plyometrics. Each workout is designed to drive different results and is lead by a certified instructor. In the event of inclement weather, this class will move indoors to the Gymnasium.
