The Kids and Family Class is designed for students between the ages of 5-10 and any parents who with to participate with their child. Any parents wishing to participate must also register. The class places emphasis on developing balance and coordination through proper stances and basic techniques. The class also develops listening skills, introduces students to self-esteem training and aids in the development of self-confidence.
