This class blends slow flow, yin yoga, and guided rest to support regulation, healing, and deep relaxation. You’ll be guided to move mindfully, rest deeply, and use props such as blocks and bolsters when available for added support. You are invited to practice in whatever feels supportive and authentic — cozy layers, flowing clothing, lingerie, or comfortable basics. This is a non-sexualized, body-respectful space rooted in presence, self-awareness, and choice.
