SPIVI is a digital platform that produces an interactive workout experience led by a YMCA instructor that tracks real-time fitness data such as heart rate, burned calories, power speed and cadence. Great class for everyone. You control the resistance and intensity level of your ride. Instructors will assist you in bike set-up, posture and cycling technique.
