We use light weights in isolated movements to strengthen the fine muscles, accompanied with a large range of motion to elevate your heart rate and lengthen our physique. At a quick tempo of 135 bpm per minute, you will maintain a steadfast cardio workout. The Barre and ballet techniques help guide us through this low impact, high intensity workout.
