Perfect for beginners, this water class features easy on the joints, low impact exercises to warm up the body. This class concentrates on a variety of cardio and weight exercises to build endurance, flexibility, and balance. With simple instructions and a relaxed environment, beginners will find this a good first step in their water exercise journey. Non-swimmers welcome, ADA lift available. Pool temperature is 80 degrees. No class on May 25. Location 240 W. Moana Ln. Instructor Jill M (Aquatics)
