Our signature method, Hot Pilates. In the heated room, you’ll push your limits with light weights, the Magic Circle, Pilates ball, and resistance bands. This dynamic, full-body workout will have you sweating, stretching, and sculpting every muscle. Build strength, boost endurance, and leave feeling empowered and energized! All levels welcome. 50 minutes.
