Vin / Yin will focus on both strengthening and opening throughout the body. Flow through a vinyasa sequence to build heat, lengthen the muscles and prepare for longer yin postures for the second half of class. Regular practice will help release the chronic tightness and increase range of motion. Modifications and amplifications will be offered throughout class. Suitable for all-levels.
