An introductory level class for beginning level students. Contemporary class explores a wide range of technical and artistic skills from a variety of dance genres including ballet, jazz and modern. One year of ballet strongly recommended. Appropriate dance apparel is required in all ballet and pointe classes. Youth/teens were black camisole leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers (split sole for age 7), and hair in a bun. Adult women wear black leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers, and hair off neck and fastened close-head.
