Qi Gong is a healing art which involves performing individual movements. Tai Chi is a martial art that was used for self-defense but now as a moving meditation for health & wellness with many proven benefits. This class will combine movements from Qi Gong & Tai Chi in short, easy sequences to emphasize relaxation, mind-body connection and awareness of breath while improving your balance and overall strength. This class is for new students and/or those that prefer easier sequences (as we will not be learning the choreographed 24 Short Form).
