Has it been a while since you have worked out in a gym or at home? Have you been doing the same workout for a long time? Are you coming back from an injury or surgery? Do you want to get stronger, healthier, more flexible & build a stronger core & better balance? If you answered yes to any of the above or have other fitness goals in mind, then this class is for you! MAS provides strength training using barbells, Kettlebells, free weights, body weight & exercise machines. This men’s class is for all fitness levels.
