The last day for Internet Registration was Sep 2, 2025 11:59 PM. Class for dancers who have completed Intermediate 1 and 2 Dance. Dancers continue to be challenged with new and exciting jazz dance steps, while mastering jazz basics. Class also continues to deepen dancers' understanding of the lyrical/modern dance style. Dancers will work on flexibility, floor progressions, the role of emotions in dance, and understanding of weight shifting. Dancers will also be introduced to the choreographic processes, and have the opportunity to provide input in creating their own dances with instructor supervision. This class does not cover tap or ballet and is intended to be paired with a Technique Ballet/Tap class, though not required. Black jazz and tan lyrical shoes are required.
