RTC (Reformer, Tower, Chair) is a classically contemporary Pilates equipment class that utilizes Reformer, Wall Tower, Chair and other small apparatus such as barrels, balls, and body bars. This workout is designed to promote full-body strength, endurance, and flexibility while challenging the abdominals, back, arms and legs as you move briskly between equipment and exercises. Class is structured on the spot (including modifications) based on client need and is well suited for experienced Pilates movers and/or enthusiastic learners. Pilates Tempe Quartets are semi-private classes limited to 4 attendees with no shared equipment (each client has their own Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel, and props).
