With a focus on easeful movement and mindful breath, students will explore accessible seated, supine, and standing postures with plenty of time for rest and relaxation. Ideal for those seeking a softer practice, recovering from injury, or returning to movement, this class still requires the ability to move comfortably around the mat. The emphasis is on mobility, balance, and gentle strength. Please bring a yoga mat.
