Qigong and Taiji Foundations

Instructor: Cal Clark Qigong and Taiji foundations consist of breathing, good posture, fluid movements, gentle awareness, and most of all, relaxation and having fun. Anyone of any physical ability can take this class. We sharpen our awareness as we learn to relax and center our mind, and use our core and legs to work more efficiently as we flow through movements. No class 6/10
