
Walk With Ease 2025
Walk With ease is a six-week program that teaches you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The program is designed to help relieve arthritis pain but is suitable for anyone. Each session meets for six weeks, three times per week, lasting about one hour. All you need to get started are comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.
