Every group session is comprised of foundational exercises ensuring a balanced and safe approach to fitness (our programming is Physical Therapist approved and recommended). We're beginner friendly! We can scale any functional movement to fit your needs and goals so you can get a safe, effective workout. Our goal isn't to get you sore. Our goal is to help you improve your quality of life. Group session duration: 60 minutes.
