This class focuses on building stronger skills, developing their form and continuing to advance their technique. Our All Stars class is a great class for all levels. Your gymnast will gain confidence and build self-esteem, strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and relaxed environment. Powerful Pros Class Description: This class is designed for our intermediate/ advanced students. It is a fast pace class that requires previous gymnastics experience. Our gymnasts in our Powerful Pros class are required to know the fundamental gymnastics skills, while improving their technique and form.
