Low-impact, full-body workout designed for active adults, this barre class blends elements of ballet barre, pilates, and functional strength training to improve balance, posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. Using a chair as your barre, light weights, balls and bodyweight, participants perform controlled, joint-friendly movements that strengthen the core, hips, arms and legs. Modifications are provided to keep the class safe, supportive, and accessible for all fitness levels. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move, build strength, and feel great.
