High Intensity Aquatics! Take your squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups and mountain climbers into the pool! This non-stop high energy workout will be in both shallow and deep water to maximize the challenges to the body. We will use weights, kick boards, noodles and the start blocks for a variety of strength and cardio work. Flotation belts are optional. Exercises will be performed in reps, sets or intervals to keep you guessing and burn calories. This program is perfect for athletes, boot campers and experienced fitness enthusiasts!
