Chakra Yoga offers a way for bringing Chakra energy centers into balance in order to be more at peace and by helping to unblock stuck energy. During this class, we practice specific yoga postures that are beneficial for the chakras in combination with positive affirmations, meditation, breathing exercises, sound, and aromatherapy.
