We strive to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business listings.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FITT Finder in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FITT Finder and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FITT Finder regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and communications.
