This class is for all levels of experience and abilities. Pilates (standing and seated), Yoga and Barre will be incorporated to move every muscle. Focus will be on using our bodies for maximum efficiency. Explore how form, proper breathing, and various techniques help us realize more dramatic results in our strength, balance, and overall attitude. Come create a taller and leaner you!
