Super Circuit

55+ yrs | Up to 30 attendees

Join us for this series of 12 or more exercise stations performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. These are designed for any level or ability and focusing on strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Modifications for all circuits available when requested. Participants should bring a fitness mat, sweat towel, and water bottle.
