
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa is a 60 minute class. This flowing style yoga builds strength and flexibility through continuous movement. The changing series of standing, balancing and floor work is designed to invigorate the body and focus the mind. Power Vinyasa classes are held in a heated room. The temperature will vary based on factors beyond our control such as outside temperature and the number of people in the class. This is an all levels class, but may be challenging for beginners to start with. Power Vinyasa classes provide a dynamic and exciting workout that: · Helps build stamina · Builds cardiovascular strength. · Sculpts and tones the body. Wear what you are comfortable in- Snug fitting clothes work best. Bring a yoga mat, large bath towel or yoga towel and a bottle of water. If you don't have a mat and/or towel, you may rent one at the studio. Please show up on time (at least 5 minutes before the class starts). If you are new to the studio, please show up about 10-15 minutes before the class start time so you can get settled and we can register you for the class, if you haven't already.
