Posture Fitness - April

Up to 18 attendees

Our bodies function optimally when the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles are in alignment. In this class, before each exercise, we align the joints. The exercises strengthen the muscles to hold the ideal posture. The result is elimination of current pain and prevention of future pain.
